I’m Michele C. Davis, a Wealth Advisor and Managing Director with LPL Financial. My journey in finance began after graduating from the College of St. Elizabeth in 1984 with a B.S. in Business Administration. Soon after, I launched my career in New York City just off Wall Street, working for one of the largest brokerage firms in the country.
In 1986, I relocated to the Tampa Bay area and continued building my career in the brokerage industry, earning a wide range of securities licenses and specialized training. Over the years I’ve attained my Series 7, 63, 3, 30, and 66 licenses, along with Florida Life Insurance and Annuity Licenses. I’ve also completed training in Rule 144 Stock and Stock Options, and studied in the Certified Financial Planning Program at a local university.
My professional experience includes time on an institutional fixed income trading desk, where I managed millions in short-term investments for clients such as banks, mortgage companies, and municipalities. Today, I focus on what I enjoy most: helping retirees, small business owners, and professionals navigate their financial lives with confidence and clarity.
Beyond my work, I believe in giving back to the community. I serve as Vice President for King High School’s FRC Robotics Team, sit on the Finance Committee at St. Anne’s Catholic Church, and am active in both the Ruskin Woman’s Club and the Apollo Beach Woman’s Club.
When I’m not working or volunteering, you’ll often find me traveling, playing tennis, boating, kayaking, fishing, enjoying concerts and movies, or spending time with my family.
